Tilapia is a fish that has an extremely mild flavor...so for those who do not like the taste of fish, this may be the thing for you.
For years, the taste of fish was overpowering to me. However, I knew that fish is considered a brain food, meaning it provides many nutritional benefits for the brain. Well, of course, my brain is absolutely a priority for me. However, the taste of fish is not. I'm glad a friend of mine introduced me to tilapia. This recipe is so simple and quick for me...I can incorporate it into a busy day and not feel overwhelmed.
I've met many people with similar concerns, fish taste and/or time constraints. So I thought I'd share.
