On 16 December 2017 A Solution B hosted the First Annual Blanket Solution Party. Reynelda Jones and guests took part in making tie blankets to be donated to human trafficking survivors through Women At Risk International (WAR).
Guests had the opportunity to experience some techniques used with clients of Reynelda in regard to reducing symptoms of anxiety and trauma.
The blanket itself
is symbolic in nature as the purpose of a blanket is to give a person warmth, protection, and comforting; learning to create a blanket is also a skill one can take home.
