Smoothies  are  "eaten" as a breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack between meals. The best thing about smoothies...it doesn't take much time to make them... you can take them on the go. 


This smoothie is extremely beneficial as it has compounds to reduce inflammation within the body:Tumeric with pepper (to aid in bioavailability) is a simple, minute combination, yet a key ingredient. 

Because the fruits are not overly ripe, the smoothie is less likely to negatively impact blood sugar levels. Of course, if your diabetic or experience other issues with blood sugar levels be sure to communicate with your doctor before consuming.
