Streamline Meaning

If this is your first time reading this blog, let me explain what it means to streamline your business and streamline your life? Streamlining means removing a task or reducing your workload to ease system processes in your business operations and provide ease and increase recreational time in your daily life.

Streamlining for entrepreneurs may look like this:

  • Review your businesses’ quarterly goals and examine what tasks are not providing financial support to your business.

  • Examining steps to onboard customers; identifying how to reduce the steps for the onboarding process.

  • Identifying skills that take time to develop and deciding to hire a seasoned professional to outsource this tasks.

Streamlining your life may look like:

  • Cutting down on communication or setting boundaries with your business so that you can have more time with the people who matter most.

  • Outsource once a month for daily chores such as shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

  • Scheduling a non-negotiable time and day for your self-care, block it on the calendar, requiring customers and staff to “get in where they fit in” on the calendar.

Do any of these ideas hit home for you?

Streamlining can be a holistic approach to living because it includes all aspects of you

Planning

B.A.E. Planner

One of the most difficult things for a solopreneur is having to plan products and social media exposure. My favorite tool is the Building An Empire (B.A.E.) planner from the SixFigureChick. This planner has helped me tremendously. It helps me to identify hashtags for my IG audience, organize my day, plan my live videos, blog topics, and how to price workshops/products.

I do have to admit, I have not used all of the tools as thoroughly as I probably should have. But trust me, my social media has come a long way. So check out the SixFigureChick products because there are many tools that may be essential to streamlining your business and reducing stress.

I don’t have a referral for the B.A.E. product. Since I am discussing making life easier, there is no way I could have continued without discussing this product.

Would this product be a good idea for you or what?

Financial

Want to stretch your dollars? Rakuten is the site to do that. Rakuten is a hub of stores where you are can purchase some products/ services at a discounted rate, and you may also receive a small percentage of the money back.

Yes! You literally receive your money back.

Whenever I decide to make a purchase rather from a clothing store, plane ticket, or booking a hotel room, Rakuten is where I go. After you have racked up a total of $10, it is either mailed to in a cheque or you can request a gift card to selected companies.

With this Rakuten referral, this is what you will receive: You will be asked to join Rakuten (don’t worry it’s free!) If you decide to purchase a product or service using this Rakuten referral code link, you’ll receive $40 plus cashback from your qualified purchases.

Receipt Hog

Receipt Hog is one of the easiest ways to get cashback. I’ve used Receipt Hog for the past 3 years and let me tell you it has helped me many times. To use Receipt Hog all you have to do is take pictures of your paper receipts. With each qualifying receipt, you will receive points. You are given points and even entered into a monthly raffle.

What happens with the points? Great question!

After you hit 500 points or more then you are able to redeem your points as a Visa gift card, PayPal payment, and other options.

When you use the Receipt Hog referral code this is what you will receive: You’ll receive 5 spins to start gaining your points. When you download the Receipt Hog app be sure to enter this referral code tupt4517

If you have a vehicle then you know gasoline is a necessity. With the gas prices increasing every day, this referral code may be a great option for you.

Here is what you will receive with this referral: When you sign up with Shell Gas rewards, you will receive 5¢/gal for your first fill-up. If you Keep using your rewards card, you’ll earn more points and receive even more discounts with each gas fill. Sometimes I receive $0.10 off a gallon.

5 Cent doesn’t seem like a lot but it does accumulate over time.

Do you have a gas card that may be helpful for my readers to know about?

Comfort

Reebok

Need some comfortable shoes or lounging wear? Then Reebok is where it is at. I’ve recently purchased shoes specifically for my foot needs and they were absolutely…the…most.. comfortable shoes. However, I realize that sometimes finding time to cook can be a challenge. So why not order a dish that can be delivered to you no matter the location and from your favorite restaurants? That is where DoorDash comes in. You can visit the DoorDash website, choose a restaurant you love, and order whatever dish you like.
