Tilapia is a fish that has an extremely mild flavor...so for those who do not like the taste of fish, this may be the thing for you.

For years, the taste of fish was overpowering to me. However, I knew that fish is considered a brain food, meaning it provides many nutritional benefits for the brain. This recipe is so simple and quick for me...I can incorporate it into a busy day and not feel overwhelmed.

I've met many people with similar concerns, fish taste and/or time constraints. So I thought I'd share.

Directions:

1. Wash your fish.

2. Mix the all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the olive oil/ unsalted butter. Add the fish into the mix.

(Optional). place the container in the refrigerator and allow fish to marinate for 15 minutes. Remember this is optional, it really depends on how much you like the flavor.

3. In the meantime, pour olive oil or unsalted butter into skillet. Place skillet on the stove , using medium heat. After the heat is up and the butter has melted/olive oil has heated, add the fillets into the skillet.

4. Cook both sides evenly. After one side has turned white, turn the fillet over and cook the other side. This usually takes less than 5 minutes to cook. Take a spactula/fork to pull it out.

There you have it...all done!
