Tilapia is a fish that has an extremely mild flavor...so for those who do not like the taste of fish, this may be the thing for you.
For years, the taste of fish was overpowering to me. However, I knew that fish is considered a brain food, meaning it provides many nutritional benefits for the brain. Well, of course, my brain is absolutely a priority for me. However, the taste of fish is not. I'm glad a friend of mine introduced me to tilapia. This way I can add fish into my lifestyle once a week without having to plug my nose to avoid the taste. Tilapia's flavor is a pleasure to eat. This recipe is so simple and quick for me...I can incorporate it into a busy day and not feel overwhelmed.
I've met many people with similar concerns, fish taste and/or time constraints. So I thought I'd share.
You will need the following items:
2 Tilapia Fillets
Balsamic Vinegar - 1 TableSpoon
Salt- 1 pinch
Pepper-1 pinch
unsalted butter/olive oil- 1 tsp- only to grease the skillet.

This fish is known to assist in the production of bone health, increase heart health and premature aging. In addition, it is also known to prevent various forms of cancer. Tilipia is also a source of important vitamins which you may not receive from various processed foods.
There is conflicting information regarding this fish as it is known as a scavenger. Different medias encourage US Farm raised Tilipa as there are more strict regulations that may not be present in other locations.
