One of my favorite things to do is connect with passionate individuals using their talents to help the community. I like to call them trailblazers, visionaries who help us understand more about our health and emotions.

            Today’s trailblazer is Dr. Catherine Jackson, a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified neurotherapist.
