Throughout our daily interactions, life can bring small and major challenges. Sometimes those challenges are sudden and unpredictable. Other times they are on going. It is during these moments we need uplifting and calming words to assist in the process of reducing stress.
Although these events can be a moment of growth, it’s important that we provide our mind, body and spirit with reassurance.
Which is why I’ve provided a list of 25 Positive Affirmations for Stress Relief, plus a FREE printable copy below so that you can practice or share these affirmations as much as you see fit.
I highly recommend that you find at least 5 minutes throughout your day to say these positive affirmations to yourself. Not only can these words provide you with strength, but they are also used as a distraction. Use of distraction, in a healthy way, will briefly remove your attention away from stress.

What I am experiencing is a human emotion
I deserve happiness and joy
I am calm and at ease.

My breathing is anchored from within my core and this breathing is relaxing to my body and mind
I am calm.
I am relaxed
I have the ability to re-evaluate the stressful situation.
My mind and body is at ease.
My thoughts are slowing down.
As my body and mind becomes more relaxed, I can problem solve more effectively.
I am grateful for the challenges I have survived in my life.

This stressful experience does not define who I am.

Despite how I feel, I understand this feeling and situation is temporary.
