Spring cleaning time! House cleaning can be a daunting task. But it doesn't have to be.

This meditation is to help you reduce stress while cleaning and assisting with staying in the present moment. Connecting with your spaces in a way you have never connected before.

Take your time with your living room cleaning while using this mindful cleaning meditation.

Organizer: Decluttering may not feel “pretty” but can create a sense of relief when you can create the perfect esthetics in your environment. I love my new Floating Storage Shelf! I use the floating shelf as an organizer; and because it is placed onto the wall, that means more floor space and energy flow for the room.

Plants: Living plants is a great way to cleanse the air and add beauty to any space. If you don’t have a green thumb, one of the best things you can do is find a plant that thrives off of little care. One of my favorite plants I enjoy having is the Aloe Vera plant. It requires little care and it has multiple health benefits.


Diffuser: Providing an environment that nurtures and calms is important. I encourage clients to choose the essential oil aroma that is calming or invigorating for our counseling sessions. Next, I add several drops of essential oil into water and turn on the Spa Room Pixie Diffuser. This silent, yet petite diffuser makes such a difference for my clients.
